Original UK Release 1966, 1st Pressing, with Front Laminated Sleeve, which has "Printed and made by Ernest J. Day & Co Ltd, London W.1. Patents Pending" on the bottom rear of Sleeve. Released through Polydor Records on the Blue/Silver Text Reaction Label, This is a Mono Recording, the Disc comes in a White Poly-Lined "British Patent No" Inner Sleeve. A Robert Stigwood Production.
