This is the UK 1st press of 'Wheels Of Fire' by Cream. This press is complete with the earliest A1/B1/A1/B1 matrix, one label is textured and the records have their original polylined inner sleeves. The album is complete with the original metallic Ernest J Day gatefold sleeve.
The records are in Very Good condition. The vinyl has a sensational bright gloss, with a few light marks and a number of hairlines on each side. On playing the sound is rich and vibrant. There is some occasional background noise otherwise the audio is bold and clear. The red labels are completely clean, bright and have sharp text. There is light spindle wear.
The silver and black Ernest J Day gatefold sleeve is in Very Good++ condition. The silver has a superb bright shine and the black is bold. There is just slight ring and corner wear. The inside is extremely clean with vivid colours and clear black text. The whole cover still feels very solid and the spine is firm with sharp text.
