Description

For sale is the CREED TAYLOR ORCHESTRA's "Lonelyville: The Nervous Beat," ABC 308, MONO, DG Promo,1959.
SOUND: MINT It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Perfect, crisp, clean sound... perfect playback, just beautiful!
VINYL: NM/MINT The record was snug in the original, crisp inner sleeve. I see no evidence it has ever been handled or played. No stylus marks, no spindle marks. The only "flaw" is a couple faint scuffs, of the type caused by the inner sleeve, i.e., completely superficial. The vinyl looks clean and practically new. The deep-grooved labels are white "promo" version, beautifully clean, mint condition.
JACKET: NM Outstanding condition all-around: edges, spine, laminated front, clean and bright back. Nice corners. Just the most minimal signs of aging/yellowing on the back. Original inner sleeve with ABC-Paramount releases included.
The photos are of the exact record up for bids. Look before you bid, ask if you want any additional info or pics.
You can't get a better copy! Buy it for $20.
Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction. I'm not a collector, nor an audiophile, but I think they are desirable if you're into this kind of material.  Click "see other items" and thanks for looking!
