Bank deposit (Australian bidders only) is my preferred method of payment so please keep this in mind when you pay for your item. Items are generally shipped within 1-2 days of payment being received. A message will be sent to you once your item has been posted. If you are satisfied with your item once you receive it please leave me positive feedback and I will do the same for you. If you find your item has not described accurately please contact me prior to leaving feedback and I will do my best to help resolve the issue. Refunds will be ONLY be given under the following circumstances: * There is an un repairable fault with the item which was not stated within the listing. If a fault is found which can be repaired (for eg: fixable hole or mark), I will ask for the item to be sent back to me at the buyers expense, I will then have the item repaired and sent back to the buyer) * The item has not been worn or washed prior to asking for a refund. * The fault MUST be reported to me no later than 7 working days after the item has been sent out to you - I will inform you of when your item has been posted. It is up to the buyer to check the item over for faults upon delivery and report any faults immediately. * The refund is for FAULTS ONLY - change of mind or wrong sizing will NOT be refunded, measurements are stated within the listing & buyers have the option to ask question about any item prior to bidding. * The refund requested will only be given prior to feedback being left * It is up to the buyer to cover their own return postage costs * A refund will not be given until the item has been safely returned to me in the exact condition it was sent out - if I feel the item has been tampered with in any way I will refuse your refund.
