Condition of exterior/cover:  Excellent+, minor aging and dings, a slight 1/4 semi-circle impress as if an album had laid on the top, not readily apparent until shifting the book under a light, as the cover is glossy.  The only other imperfection worthy of noting is that along the back left edge of the hardbound there is a three inch discoloration.  The cover is in decent and presentable used condition.

Condition of interior/pages:  Excellent-, minor waves on the pages namely in the upper right, not severe.  Also moderate age foxing browning throughout, mainly apparent on the last page where a name and phone number is written in lower left corner.  The interior pages are in decent and presentable used condition.

Additional description: Color photo and artwork on the front and back cover, the inside pages contain 58 black and white photos ranging in size from the full page spread, to across the two pages, to smaller portraits and various other sizes.  The count of 58 is an estimate, because there are a few collages of photos as well.  The picture accompanying this listing shows the center pages photo, which is a color photo spread across the two pages.
