Classic album from my personal collection
1969 UK First pressing - lovely copy. Please read the condition notes below. As this is a more expensive album, I think it's important I give a detailed description. Matrix / Runout (Side A, runout stamped): LBS 83259 A//1 420 1 1 Matrix / Runout (Side B, runout stamped): LBS 83259 B//1 420 11 Condition:
Vinyl - VG Slight warp that is only noticeable for the first track. Plays well, without skips, or significant pops/clicks, but there is surface noise and light crackles typical of a record of this age. As there are only very light surface scratches seen under strong light, I suspect that deep cleaning would work wonders. I don't have the facilities.
*Side one - The first few revolutions there is some noticeable surface noise, in one area, that diminishes after about a minute. There is no visible damage, so I suspect it's ingrained dirt. It was worse until I did some (careful) cleaning.
Sleeve - Ex
I try to be honest about condition, and conservative with grading. I've looked at other guides, and have used the following grading:
mint (M): as new
Near mint (NM): minimal signs of wear
excellent (Ex): excellent condition, minor signs of wear, hairline scratches under strong light
very good (VG): overall good condition, several hairline scratches, in normal light.
good (G): lots of hair scratches, scuffs, etc.
fair (F): It's seen a lot of action, but still plays, with 'character'!
