On offer here is a VERY rare 45 (especially in this condition!!!!) by Buddy Holly & The Crickets called "That'll Be The Day" and is an ORIGINAL 1957 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Vogue Coral label!!!!  The B side is called 'I'm Looking For Someone To Love'. THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS WAS THE CRICKETS FIRST & RAREST 45 EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1957 WHEN THIS SINGLE WAS FIRST RELEASED IN THE UK - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS IN THIS FORMAT (MOST PEOPLE WERE BUYING 78s INSTEAD!), AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS 45 REALLY SPECIAL - IS THAT IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE, WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LABELS!!!!  AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS 45!!!!  WHEN THIS 45 WAS RELEASED - IT WAS 1ST PRESSED ON THE EXTREMELY RARE 'VOGUE CORAL' LABEL!!!!  HOWEVER, ONLY DAYS AFTER RELEASE - THE LABELS WERE CHANGED TO 'CORAL' ONLY, DROPPING THE WORD 'VOGUE' FOREVER!!!!  AND FROM THAT MOMENT ONWARDS THE LABELS ON THIS 45 WERE PRESSED WITH 'CORAL' TEXT ONLY (WELL INTO THE 1960s) AND ARE VERY COMMON INDEED!!!!  AND THIS MEANS THAT FINDING AN ULTRA RARE 1ST PRESSING (LIKE THIS ONE!) WITH ULTRA RARE 'VOGUE CORAL' LABELS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE - AS BARELY ANY WERE EVER MADE!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS 45 IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1957 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE ULTRA RARE 1ST PRESS VOGUE CORAL LABEL, AND 1ST PRESS 1C/1C MATRIX ENDINGS!!!!  THIS 45 IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Vogue Coral UK 1st Pressing from 1957 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat No is Q 72279 and is an ORIGINAL UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! 

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The record is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 50s/60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, only 3 or 4 MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is also GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  This single must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  This record also comes in a Plain White Sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
