Description

Up for auction is CRYSTALS, "HE'S A REBEL" lp, PHIL SPECTOR'S GREAT PRODUCTION with WRECKING CREW's AMAZING COLLABORATION, (PHILLES Recs., PHLP 4001, in MONO of course!!!), in SUPER RARE US PHILLES Recs. 1st ORIGINAL ULTRA RARE MONO pressing, in hard-to-find GREAT FINE STRONG condition, close to NEAR MINT!!!


Hard cardboard cover is in EXCELLENT condition, the only blemishes i can find are some slight edge wear, a tiny seam split on bottom opening and the slightest signs of ageing (yellowing) on back plus one small stain on upper left near seam, front cover colours are bright and still glossy!!! NO any discoloration, NO marks or writing, spine is perfectly intact!!!

Heavy thick vinyl looks fine STRONG EXCELLENT, keeps nice gloss and shine, has ONLY a couple on each side absolutely inaudible hairlines and two slight absolutely inaudible hazy marks on B side, NO scuffs, NO heavy scratches, NO finger marks, i would easily grade NEAR MINT, but you may hear a slight surface/groove static ONLY between a few songs, it's the slightest typical groovewear, nothing significant to audio result, so... let's say that vinyl sounds FINE EXCELLENT, in fact Philles vinyls although very thick had not the best audio quality ever achieved! So, that minimal surface wear between songs is the only blemish, do NOT expect to hear any of the slightest pops or clicks and of course NO any heavier crackles, NO distracted noises or scratches!!! MONO MIX SOUND IS ABSOLUTELY CRISPY CLEARLY CLEAN AND LOUD WITHOUT ANY OF THE SLIGHTEST DISTRACTED NOISE OR ANNOYING SCRATCH!!! Maybe a nice cleaning would improve the whole audio result even more, but I'll leave that job to you!!!

Labels (ORIGINAL light blue/black) are in clean EXCELLENT condition, only the slightest spindle wear, NO marks, NO taping, NO writing!!!

 

Extremely hard to find THIS ULTRA RARE FIRST ORIGINAL MONO MIX PHILLES RELEASE in such an OVERALL STRONG EXCELLENT condition!!!
