TITLE/ARTIST: Welcome to rogersrecords---your Ebay site for rare and great condition 1950's-60's LP's and 45's. This very collectible, ultra rare, and extremely hard to find Crystals LP is on the original Phillies Label---which appears to be white, but could be a faded baby blue---and is entitled "The Crystals Sing The Greatest Hits", Volume 1, from the 1963. The album contains 12 hit songs of their's and others---including "Da Doo Ron Ron", the classic "He's A Rebel", "Uptown" and nine (9) others---from the '50-60's performed by one of the best "girl groups" of that time---and produced by the legendary Phil Spector on his own label (Phillies). The entire package appears to me to be in fairly nice overall condition, but does show signs of some wear and tear from years in storage. So, please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge everything for yourself. LABEL INFO: As mentioned above it is on the original Phillies Label, LP-4003, is in mono, and in my opinion, is in good shape, despite evidence, by way of several spindle lines, which indicate a fair amount of play---but why not!! VINYL INFO: The vinyl is still quite shiny, clean and nice, but there are quite a few light surface/paper lines throughout both sides of the vinyl---none of which have any effect on the LP's play at all. JACKET INFO: This jacket is in fairly good overall shape, but does have some mentionable flaws. There are some small scuff/scratch marks in throughout the front side, some crease/wrinkle lines in a few other places, and a previous owners name and college address written in marker across the top of the backside only. It has the "look" of being the old, highly collectible LP that it truly is from 1963---with the dreaded black cover even. So, please view all the pictures below and judge everything for yourself. INTERESTING FACTS: You just don't see this original and ultra rare Crystals' LPs out there anymore. It is definitely one very hard to find LP today, in any condition, so please have at it. In addition, I have listed---and will continue to do so for the next several weeks---other LP's and EP's by Elvis, The Beatles, The Chiffons, The Clovers, and many, many other 50-60's artists----possibly even some rare C&W and Soundtrack LPs, plus much more. I am slowly selling off my personal collection, and there are many LPs, EPs and 45's to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed LPs and EPs are quite rare and hard to find, and almost all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
