Description

Title:   “MENDELSSOHN: A Midsummer Night’s Dream”

Artist/Ensemble:   London Symphony Orchestra, Peter Maag conducting.  Jennifer Vyvyan, soprano; Marion Lowe, soprano.

Label:   LONDON ~ CS 6001.  Made in England.  Full Frequency Stereophonic Sound.  Earliest heavy vinyl flat-edged “pancake” pressing.  Labels are red with silver text. 

Stampers/matrix: 

Side One:  -2K

Side Two:  -1E

Condition: 

DISC:  NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found.  Appears to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with utmost care.  Fidelity is superb.  Labels are pristine. 

JACKET:  Jacket is NEAR MINT with nice bright artwork.   Seams, spine, and corners are impeccable.  No writing, stickers or other issues.  Overall a very fine jacket.  

Includes the original London Records FFSS poly-lined factory inner sleeve, in top condition.
