Description

London Records stereo CS 6581, grooved label with large FFRR logo, "Made in England..." text across the top of the label.  This label is the London equivalent to the ED2 wideband label on Decca SXL issues.  First label for this issue on London.  Stampers are 1G 1G.  Issued on the Decca label as SXL 6355. This is actually an earlier pressing than the highly sought-after SXL, for which the earliest label is the ED3, with no groove.

Incredible sounding recording, very highly sought after and expensive on SXL.  This is actually an earlier pressing than the SXL, which did not come with a grooved ED2 label.
