With the band are THREE ORIGINAL FORMER MEMBERS of the CURE. Robert Smith, Michael Dempsey and Lol Torhurst. Also Simon Gallup from infamous punk band LOCKJAW played the bass on this excellent CURE-in-disguise single. (UK). You are bidding on the original first UK pressing, released on ‘Fiction’ records in 1979 (catalogue number FICS 006). The appetizer includes superb lyrics like I’M A CULT HERO, I’M AHEAD OF MY TIME. YOU’LL NEVER RULE ME, COS I’M ALL MINE. The brilliant track on the flip called ‘I Dig You’. Both tracks were produced by label owner and CURE manager Chris Parry who produced the great Mod/Punk single ‘Frustration’ by PURPLE HEARTS in 1979 plus the ‘Boys Don’t Cry’ single by the CURE..........Sleeve has slighy ring wear VG+ record played maybe 3 times EX+
