 From my personal collection, I purchased it new in 2008. I remember it was even hard to find then. I feel confident in saying this is a rare record. [I'm pretty certain Modular is now defunct, so that doesn't help with its scarcity either]
Tossed the paper inners right away and records have been stored in mofi sleeves ever since purchase, along with a plastic outer sleeve.
I am guessing I've have played this less than 5 times. Records are obviously clean and glossy. I have not sat down to listen to it in awhile, but if you'd like me to play grade it, just let me know.
Gatefold is in beautiful condition, corners and spine are crisp w/o any sort of bumps or dings [see pics]. No ring wear to black back cover.
