CYRILL SOUL BAKO 12" PRIVATE WEST INDIES LAID BACK JAZZ FUNK - DIGITAL ZANDOLI

LABEL / SERIES : Lizard records, 1984
Condition (Cover / Record) : Cover is VG + (upper spine repaired with scotch otherwise very clean) / Record is VG++ with a few surface. Low quality pressing.
Obscure 12" by Cyrill a guadeloupean musician who recorded this 12". Great synthetic tropical soul funk for the killer Night Ghetto (last track of the Side A on our mix Digital Zandoli) while Soul Bako is the killer hybrid between Samba jazz funk à la Azymuth and 80's modern soul. Really a suprising 12" that seems very obscure and super hard to find ! Record is strong EX. Cover is EX but has tape on upper edge.

SS = Still Sealed (in perfect condition, no wear )
M = Mint (still in new condition, no imperfections, a Perfect Copy !)
M- = Near mint (imperceptible wear, full vinyl gloss)
EX = Excellent (only very slight wear and paper scuffs, vinyl still glossy with very rare noise)
VG++ = Near Excellent (light surface noise and wear but fairly minor, vinyl still plays nicely)
VG+ = Very Very Good (Evident groove wear or minor scuff marks, surface noise noticeable but does not really affect the playing)
VG = Very Good (Wear and scuffs are more evident and many surface noises are noticeable)
VG- = Good to Very Good (heavy groove wear or scuffing, plays noisily)
