Leo Soileau's Four Aces--Decca 5101


Original Cajun 78 RPM record, Decca 5101, Leo Soileau's Four Aces, Corrine Corrina [w/Vocal Duet] b/w Nobody's Business If I Do, vocal Dewey Landry. Recorded 03 May 1935.

Record has been heavily played as typical of most surviving Cajun records of this period. Playing surface is dull and grey, with corresponding label wear and background noise, but still plays well. No chips, cracks or other damage. Recorded in English with more of a Western Swing-type beat, rather than traditional Cajun style. Still a nice piece for any collector of pre-war Cajun records and is in VG- condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
