Description

Moonmadness, the fourth studio album by the English progressive rock band Camel. Released in March 1976, it marks the final studio release recorded by the group's classic original lineup.

Following the critical success of their completely instrumental 1975 album The Snow Goose, their record label pushed for a return to more accessible material. Camel compromised by reintroducing vocals and flute work, structured around a loose conceptual theme where individual tracks mirrored the distinct personalities of the four band members.
