The record is VG+ ~ The record has a great gleam with a few light markings on each side, none of which should have any effect to the audio quality upon playback. 
The sleeve is VG ~ The sleeve has some light ring wear, the corners are slightly dinged and the bottom edge is split entirely across, the top seam is split roughly 10" across, there is a roughly 2" split to the bottom left corner as well. (see photos)
