DESCRIPTION: Can - Tago Mago. Complete original 1st UK pressing with machine stamped matrix ending A1/B1/A1/B1.  In envelope Gimmix sleeve and with the original white inners that i got this in.  This was my own copy for many years until a very slight upgrade recently. Postage cost includes insurance and top quality packaging. I really recommend this album. If you like music outside the mainstream, you will love this. If you were hearing it  for the first time today it would still leave a big impression on you. Its almost impossible to believe that it was made 46 years ago. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: United Artists UAD 60009/10. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1971. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX+/EX+/VG.  Both discs are super clean with a great  sheen.  Lightly played. Both still have a couple of those little bits of black vinyl around the spindle hole. Played passages of both discs this morning on my budget deck.  Ive obviously played it all over the years and it has no issues at all.  Its one of my favourite LPs, i would not be without a copy, Sits flat on turntable.  Plays Excellent and better. Clean and clear. Its fantastic hypnotic music and this is a really nice sound.  Ive never felt the need to clean it, if you want it professionally cleaned let me know and ill do it before i send. I just dont think it needs it. Cover is in way better than average shape and not far off VG+, if not actually VG+. It is firm and square and has only light to moderate edge wear, corner wear and light to moderate  creasing. Check out the photos of the flaps. It has a 1cm tear on main closing flap-you would never see it if it was lightly shaded over.  There is creasing on the main flap also.  One of the white inners has a tear and the poly detached. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE.
