During my time as a Pro DJ working the clubs in Hull, this now extremely rare 12" Candi Staton Demo, along with other WB demos, was hand-delivered by Warner Bros Promtions Manager, Fred Dove. 
It has been played quite alot and has a few light hairlines that have no impact on the A-side playback at all. However, there are a couple of skips on the intro B-side which I believe is down to vinyl imperfection and not heavy needle-time. The A-side plays through without any fuss whatsoever and sounds top draw.
Original 'SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION' hard cover is in very good condition with no splits or rips - which is also the case with the original black inner sleeve.
Without doubt, this is one of the rarest 12" Candi Staton demos and regardless of the B-side issue I have mentioned, this has to be a must have for any serious collector.
