French 1986 pressing of Candlemass' first album: Epic doom metal band from
Sweden led by bassist/songwriter Leif Edling, born out of the ashes of Edling's
previous band, Nemesis. Includes insert giving credits and advertising
other albums on the label. Plays really well. Condition: visually VG+ due
to an ultra light mark which stretches about the length of the second track
but has no effect on play. The album play cleanly except for a few far and
between moments: Has a bit crackle between most tracks. Track one has a
tiny bit for a few moments near the beginning and a click at a volume of
about 2.5 out of 10 and then another which registers about a 4.
Track two has a bit of light static during the fade at the end of the song. Bit of light
static in the beginning of the final track and three light clicks
The cover is graded VG+ due to a factory delete cut conrer on the bottom
right and it has a pretty faint crease mark half way down the front
to the right a couple of inches long.
