Dies ist eine rare Live-LP der großartigen Band Canned Heat. Die erste (vermutlich '70 oder '71) und definitiv beste der wenigen von der Band erschienenen nicht legitimierten Platten. Glaubt mir, ich würde die LP nicht verkaufen, wenn ich nicht noch eine hätte! Perfekte Stereo-Soundboard Qualität, und die Band ist extrem tight. Sehr geniale Version von Future Blues. Aufgenommen beim Kickapoo Creek Festival am 30. Mai 1970 in Heyworth, Illinois.

Die LP hat weiße Labels, und der Bandname oder die Songs werden nirgends erwähnt. Laut einem Gerücht sollen die Typen, die diese LP gepresst haben, von dem Tontechniker die Aufnahme gegen etwas Gras eingetauscht haben... hihi, sehr fragwürdig, aber ne schöne Story :-)

LP in perfektem Zustand, die Hülle hat so gut wie keine Abnutzungserscheinungen, sehr schönes Exemplar.


This is a rare live LP by the great Canned Heat. The first (probably '70 or '71) of the very few un-legit releases by this band and definitely the very best one. Believe me, I wouldn't be selling this if I didn't have another copy! It's a perfect stereo soundboard recording and the band is on fire! Haunting version of Future Blues. Recorded live at Kickapoo Creek Festival, 5/30/1970 in Heyworth, Illinois.

The LP came with white labels and no mentioning of the band name or tracks anywhere. According to a rumour, the guys who pressed this LP got the recording from the sound guy in exchange for some weed... haha, questionable, but a nice story :-)

The LP is in pristine condition, sleeve shows hardly any wear at all. Really nice copy. Side 1:
