US 1st pressing Mono lp released on Blue Note BLP 1595 47 w 63rd st NYC address NO R DG RVG EAR carved in both sides of dead wax double sided deep groove.
Condition: Record is G+ with a couple non feel-able surface marks,  The only reason i'm selling it is to pay rent. Cover VG with shelf wear and rounded corners. Labels have some spindle trails. .
All records cleaned on a vpi 16.5 as needed. All records shipped outside of cover to prevent damage.
