Cannonball Adderley - Somethin' Else

(Blue Note BLP 1595 USA LP 1958)

 

This is a USA original Mono LP pressing. It has a matt, thick card, sleeve, & comes with its original plain paper inner sleeve. This is in VG+ condition.

The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press A2/ B matrix stampers. "RVG" is machine stamped in the dead wax on both sides. It also has the "Ear" logo, which is etched in the dead wax, on both sides also. The Blue Note labels have a deep groove in them.

The rear Sleeve has the "43 West 61st St., New York 23"  address. The Labels have the "Blue Note Records Inc. - 47 West 63rd - NYC" text.

A genuine USA 1st Mono pressing of this classic late 1950's Jazz LP. On the definitive Jazz label. These are quite rare.

 

Sleeve: There is some moderate wear to the mild to more moderate ringwear on the bottom right corner. Otherwise mild fading, & foxing, to the rear. There are also some other minor bits of rubbing wear. There are no seam splits. VG condition.

Vinyl: Light to mild sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light, and one small, & light, hairline mark. VG+ condition. The labels are clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays Near EX overall. There is some light, or very light, crackle in a few quieter places. Overall a very decent audio copy.

 

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
