Description
This 1969 Capitol Disc Jockey Album featuring Santa, is rare, highly sought after, and hard to find. It was part of a DJ promotion in the late ’60s. It is one piece to an (album cover) puzzle.
The back reads “Keep the cover and post it on a wall marked reserved for luscious “Capital Disc Jockey Albums.” After collecting and posting a years worth what will emerge is a magical-fantastic puzzle in one lucious piece.” (see pics)

I am only selling the rare, hard to find SANTA center piece, highlighted in pic.
The back also says "The tracks in this specially prepared album have been arranged in a sequence suitable for broadcast first thru last as a program or program segment if so desired.” (see pics)
So, in other words, there is only a second or so between tracks so it could be played in its entirety allowing the DJ to take a bathroom break.
This piece is the most sought after, hard to find piece.
The vinyl is Glossy, Shiny Black. It has a couple of surface scuffs/scratches that are purely aesthetic. On side 2 there is a 1” mark that is located on tracks 4&5. (see pics)
I played this entire album on 2 different turntables, and this mark only produced a very slight, barely noticeable pop. It is not overpowering and does not in any way make the songs unplayable or unlistenable. It is ever so slight. The album plays clean and otherwise in VG to VG+ condition.
The back cover has a watermark on the lower left side. About 3”x3”. (see pics) .
The bottom seam has a 6” split starting at the opening (coinciding with the watermark) (see pics).
All other seams show normal wear.
The front right bottom corner (no watermark is visible, but it coincides with the rear watermark and seam split) has a crease and some paper has been peeled (see pics)
The inner sleeve is plain and shows only age discoloring.
It is intact with no splits.
