The front of the sleeve has a colorful picture of Jerry with his mouth open pouring liquid from a glass into a bowl. There are four smaller pictures on the left side which has Jerry is sent away by his parents to go to other families homes to learn how to be a quiet eater
The back of the sleeve has information about Bozo approved records and pictures of other Capitol Children's albums
