4 disc 12" 78 RPM set. Sleeve in good shape. Grade on all vinyl is EXC-. There are some marks from either the records rubbing together or sleeve marks. They might be noticeable but definitely would not be a major distraction to the music here. There is a bit of a musty/old book smell to the binder. Noticeable but not overpowering. No evidence of water damage. Any questions please ask.
