Description
Artist/Title: Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band - Trout Mask Replica LP
Year Released: 2009, Rhino (originally released 1969 on Straight Records).
Style/Notes: Fantastic limited edition reissue of this "classic" album. Comes on 180g vinyl with great sound and replica Straight labels. Nice thick gatefold sleeve as well. I think this was intended to be sort of an upgraded replica of the original album - Rhino issued several older albums like this in that time period.
Condition: Both LPs are super clean with no issues at all. This can't have been played many times. Outer sleeve looks great, but has a series of vertical surface scratches/indentations (see pics) - non color breaking and only visible in direct light. Original inner sleeves are in great shape as well. Perfect example if you are looking to hear this in the best possible sound.
