Captain Beefheart - Safe As Milk LP Buddah Records BDS 5001
This is the rare red label pressing from 1967.  The vinyl is VG+, it's in fantastic shape.  The sleeve is very good, with some shelf wear and a 2" split along the bottom right of the sleeve.  The original picture inner is also included.  The bumper sticker however is not included. 
There is a small scuff on side two, track B4 (Where's There's Woman), that gives some slight clicking for about 45 seconds.  Besides, everything plays perfectly clean.
