TROUT MASK REPLICA

(UK STRAIGHT, STS 1053, 1969)


Beautiful RARE original UK pressing of this landmark album - just an amazing insane album, and one of my personal favourites. In the last few years, original UK pressings on the beautiful Straight label have become harder and harder to find, especially in nice shape. This is one of the best examples I have come across in a very long time. This is the best pressing you can get - UK Straight pressings were all distributed and manufactured by CBS, who were on the top of their game back then. Very hard to find now! Don't miss out!


Vinyls are in EX+ condition : both have one or two very light marks which do not affect play, overall look superb, play with some very light surface noise and the odd light crackle, could do with a little clean

Gatefold sleeve is in VG+ condition : not a bad example overall, has some ringwear on the front and some very light ringwear on the back, the main issue is the tape residue which is on the spine (see pics), I have tried to illustrate this as best as I can. I have NOT tried to remove the residue although it could be done with some hard work, top and bottom seams have some light wear, spine has some light wear but is still fully readable, inside looks lovely
