You are bidding on an LP.  Captain Beefheart And His Magic Band – Trout Mask Replica, excellent condition cover and near mint vinyl (see notes below).  The item will be well packaged in a record mailer with 2 stiffeners (the vinyl removed and placed in a white paper sleeve to prevent seam splits) and sent immediately upon payment.  First Class postage in the UK, 'Standard International' to other destinations (see below).  I have tried to be as honest as I can about its condition but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

ABOUT THESE CAPTAIN BEEFHEART LP'S:
All these Captain Beefheart LP's come from the same collection.  Apart from some natural degrading of the covers most of the vinyl is close to near mint unless otherwise specified.  The playback on most of these records is 'pure joy' with hardly any surface noise apart from the odd crackle and clicking in places which is down to natural dust, usage.  The vinyl has been very well kept and treated with respect.  If you are thinking of upgrading, completing or just enjoying some Beefheart for the first time, this vinyl could be for you!

This is the original early press of Captain Beefheart And His Magic Band's 'Trout Mask Replica' on the Reprise label from 1975.  Comes in a gatefold cover.  This is the original press with the 'error' labels.  Captain Beefheart's name is spelt 'Beefhart' and the copyright is credited to 'Beefhart Music'.  The cover is still in excellent condition with some light scuffing.  The labels are in excellent condition.  The vinyl has the 1st press matrix numbers (see below).  The vinyl looks near mint, really bright and clean with virtually no marks.  Virtually no surface noise, some light crackle in places (a few clicks), excellent playback.  This is a really nice, well looked after copy of a classic album.

In general the vinyl is in near mint condition.  It looks very clean and bright  with virtually no surface marks.  Virtually no surface noise, some light crackle in places, excellent playback.  No skips/jumps.

I tend to be over critical of a records condition as it is not my intention to misrepresent what I am selling.  I want the buyer to feel what they have bought is as described although not everyones opinion of its condition will be the same as mine.
