Description
"Each tune built up with layers of sound, some delicate and filmy like gauze following Caravan's words, others heavy and stomping like old desert blankets loaded with North African memory- dust. Underneath the drums burst through, powerful, clean, driving, and pointed drums".
Taken from the sleeve notes this describes this beautiful LP with its soaring flute and organ solos!
This is a very rare record, well you already knew that. It is in exeptionally good condition with both the sleeve and the record in NEAR MINT condition.
It is the 1st press with matrices A1/B1 on the Verve label, recorded at Advision Studios in October 1968.
I remember it was hard to get even when it first came out and had to be ordered specially from the record shop, I am the original owner.
It will be posted in a cardboard insert, covered in bubble wrap, inside a jiffy bag.
