Description

Very nice UK 1st press edition of Caravan's 4th album 'Waterloo Lilly' on the Deram label.
Vinyl is in excellent condition, sleeve is very good but does have a SMALL BIRO SIGNATURE of a previous owner on the inside of the right-hand side of the gatefold sleeve, though it actually does not look out of place thanks to the design of the album sleeve.
Sleeve has light shelf wear, very light ringwear (barely noticeable) and a few minor creases etc. Record is near perfect.

This was Caravan's 4th album and the first not to feature their original line-up. After the release of 1971's seminal 'In The Land of the Grey & Pink', the group brought in keyboardist Steve Miller to replace the outgoing Dave Sinclair, and the band went in a much jazzier direction. One of their classic first five albums, 'Waterloo Lilly' is a unique addition to the Caravan canon, and one of their most musically complex offerings.
