Description

Fantastic 2nd press (red Deram label) copy of Waterloo Lily by Caravan - catalogue no. SDL-R 8. 
Vinyl is completely unmarked, has a lovely glossy sheen and looks near mint. It plays with just a slight amount of surface noise, with just a very occasional static-type click to be heard in quiet passages.
The labels are perfectly clean with just a few spindle marks. 
Sleeve is generally EX condition - a detailed description of the slight flaws follows: 

  • There is a slight amount of rubbing on the bottom of the front cover, including the right-hand side of the bottom edge, and on parts of the record outline on the back cover
  • The back cover also has a few groove markings and a slight crease (see photo)
  • There is a small 5mm tear on the top left-hand edge of the back cover - see photo
  • There are a few creases on the spine, but it is fully readable, firm and in generally great order
  • There is a very small "ding" on the bottom left corner of the front cover 
  • There are just a couple of thumb creases, one on the front cover and one on the right-hand bottom side of the inner sleeve
Original Decca inner sleeve is in EX+ condition.
