Formed in Saltsjöbaden, Sweden, in 1989, the band's varying line-ups featured members from great Swedish death metal bands like Therion, Entombed and Dismember. Carbonized was slightly different then Dismember and Nihilist/Entombed as they incorporated grind and progressive influences in their songs as well..
