Description

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member, Carl Perkins, singing "Blue Suede Shoes" on Sun 234 from 1956. This # 1 country record and # 2 pop chart record looks to be a strong VG++ with very minor surface markings but plays in NM condition and comes in a Sun Records company sleeve. This is a guaranteed original first pressing with the printed matrix numbers of 8051 and 8053 in the dead wax. Nine years later the Beatles with Ringo Starr on lead vocals would record their version of "Honey Don't".
