Carl Perkins 78 Sun #287
One of Carl's lesser known Sun releases: Glad All Over b\w Lend Me Your Comb.
Condition is at least a VG+. Sounds perfect. Looks GREAT!
Has slight edge chip on Glad All Over side. Does not affect play.
Record has been played once on my 78 player with new 3 mil needle installed. Tracking is set to 8 grams checked with my Neuses Gram Gauge. That is minimum recommended for 78's. See pic.
I bought my Sun 78's at Selec-To-Hits, 605 Chelsea Ave., in Memphis in the early 70's. This record store was owned by Tom Phillips, Sam's brother. These 78's were NOS at the time and have been boxed ever since.
