Description
This is Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Carl Perkins singing "Gone, Gone, Gone" and "Let The Juke Box Keep On Playing" on Sun 224 from 1955. This rockabilly record looks VG+ with moderate surface marking but plays VG++ with minor background noises and comes in a Sun Records company sleeve. There is writing of the flip side label. There are two picture sleeves. The picture sleeve with the Sun logo in yellow is a custom sleeve made in Canada or England and is in MINT condition. This sleeve is a one-off sleeve that was not mass produced. The picture sleeve with the Sun logo in blue is a custom sleeve that was available over the internet during the 90's. All of this comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve with a cardboard backer separating the record form the picture sleeves. Price guides suggest a valuation of $125 to &175 for a NM copy. Due to the condition of the record I am offering this at a substantial discount.
