Cover Grade: N/A (missing cover)Funky Philly town delivers Carl "Sherlock" Holmes' Investigation. This detective by day, musician by night, has been sampled by the likes of Beck and spun time and time again with his brand of dance floor oriented get down.
Tracks like "Investigation" and "Black Bag" really deliver the wah wah funk guitar fire. Meanwhile, "Modesa" is a catchy islandic slice of funk. Tracks like "It Ain't Right" and "Black Bag" have some gorgeous breaks for producers, sounding like doper versions of "Ashley's Roachclip". But there's even more to this album, so be sure to check the soundclip.
