Description

Up for sale is one brand new un-played copy of the split 3" record single by Carl's Rock n' Roll Phenomenon & Poodle Mouth. This is a single sided record with both songs on the A-side. Both songs come in at under 30 seconds each for just under one minute of total music. The B-side has custom labeled artwork and is hand-numbered. This copy is number 12. Only 15 total copies of this record were made.
This record is designed to be played on the Crosley Record Store Day 3" mini record player or the vintage Bandai 8-ban mini record player. This is a lathe-cut record. The grooves were cut into a 3" mini CD and is completely safe to play on turntables, it will not harm your needle. Each record was hand-cut in real time. Lathe-cut records generally play with a little bit more surface noise than standard records.
Included with this record is a mini plastic adapter that will let you play this record (and other mini 3" records with larger center holes) on a standard turntable. Please make sure the tonearm on your turntable can reach the center spindle in order to play 3" records. Record players with auto-return will not be able to play 3" records.
Also included as an added bonus is an original Poodle Mouth 1" button (only 100 of these were made back in 2002) and an original Carl's Rock N' Roll Phenomenon sticker (this was made back in 2006).
This auction is being sold directly from the Record Label (Powertone Records) that produced this record. All proceeds from this auction go directly to the artists involved with making this.
