Carlton & His Shoes - This Feeling/ You And Me
(Studio One SO 2062 UK 7" 1968)
This is a UK original 7" single pressing. It has red & white "Studio 1" labels which have a 4 pronged centre. The record has 1st press A/ B matrix stampers. It comes with its original company plain paper sleeve. A very rare late 1960's Ska/ Reggae UK release. Two great tracks too. Please read the condition description below carefully. This is a heavily played copy. However, it does not jump on my system.
Vinyl: As stated, this is a very heavily played copy. There are moderate to considerable sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There is a small finger-tip cluster of very small hairline marks near the start of the A-side. There are also two finger-tip sized areas of surface rub/ scuff marks on the A-side. There are approximately 10 surface hairline marks. These vary in size from 1 cm to 4 cm in length. There is a small finger-tip sized cluster of small hairline marks near the start of the B-side too. Overall, Fair condition. The labels are in Very Good+ condition & show mild to more moderate spindle wear only. The company paper sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear & creasing. There are no seam splits.
I have fully play tested this 7" single. It plays Fair+ to Good overall. There is some mild, very mild or moderate crackle in the background to a varying degree. There are a few areas of more considerable crackle too. The crackle never completely overpowers the music. However, it does come close in a few areas. However, as stated, this copy does not jump on my system. I have play tested it several times.
