Description

This is Decca Records DL 8815, Birds Of A Feather Carmen McRae, a black label original mono issue of this Jazz vocal classic featuring arrangements by Ralph Burns and solos from Ben Webster (as "A Tenorman"). The record is in near mint condition showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. I believe that it was never played, or only played once before I play graded it. The cover is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks. This is a superb collector's grade copy of this wonderful recording. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.  Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple orders. Thanks for looking.
