A chance to purchase a very rare record byCarolyn Crawford on USA Motown Catalogue Number M 1050.This single was issued in 1963. The A side is Forget About Me and the B Side is Devil In His Heart . I would grade this as Very Good + for record and labels. considering that this record is 44 years old it is in very good condition and plays well, albeit with a little background crackle but not very much at all, I think that many of the earlier Motown records suffered a little from this. . There are a few visible scratches on the record, and a slight smudge on the blue around the words His Heart on the B side The A side label is near mint. I have had the record from new and it has been stored away for most of that time. This record is becoming scarcer as time goes by. Both songs are great .The A side was written by Carolyn herself and Produced by Holland and Dozier and the B Side was written by Robert Gordy and produced by R Gordy and Berry Gordy Jnr. I have searched on fixed price web sites and have found no copies other than an unpriced copy which I think means that it would be expensive.
I have put no reserve This is one for the specialist collector of Soul or completists of the various Motown labels. . The photos may not be clear (blurred during transmission to E-bay) but I can assure you the labels are in the condition as stated. The record comes with its own USA Motown Label Sleeve.
