I am not a professional so I will not try to grade the record.
It is old and has been used, it has lots of surface scratches but no large scrapes or scratches most of the shine is gone from the surface it has a small chip on the edge does not effect play
I played it on an Audio-Technica turn table with a Shure M78S cartage @2 grams
It played well with lots of hiss but no large pops or tics and no skips
could use a good cleaning!
