Description

Here’s a rare doo wop 45 by the Casual Crescendos! This is a very rare disc from California. Songs are “Wish That You Were Here” and “Uncle Ben’s Concentrated Blueberry Jam (Yummy). It’s on the MRC label, number 12001, DJ promo copy. This record has been widely counterfeited. This is an ORIGINAL from 1963… it’s a heavy vinyl pressing with “Bell Sound” and “MR” machine stamped in the trailoff, along with a delta number, all indicative of an original pressing from Monarch Recorders in the Los Angeles area. Vinyl grades a strong VG to VG+ with clean labels. There’s a spot in the middle of the B side song where I hear surface noise, as if there is heavy groove wear for half a second… no skipping though.
