Description

Rare Promotional lp album from Cat Stevens entitled, "Was Dog a Doughnut".  Same mix on both sides, special disco version (electronic instrumental). Original 1977 release with white label. Cat Stevens surprised his fans by writing & recording this album of a techno pop instrumental style of music.It came about because in the 1970's, there was an article written entitled, "Was God an Astronaut", making Cat Stevens furious but also he was humored by the idea so he decided to write this song.  Vinyl shows very little use with only a few minor surface marks.  Album cover has some discoloration from age and there's a white label with some writing at the top center. Please feel free to email me with any questions prior to purchasing.
