up for auction today is a 1972 'live import' Vinyl LP by the legendary Singer-Songwriter Cat Stevens titled 'Catnip'. Stevens is a Greek-British singer-songwriter who had a couple of hits in the 1960s with a very pop style of music ('I love my Dog', 'Matthew & Son'), then revived his career with Introspective, Singer- Songwriter music. one of the most popular of the Singer-Songwriters of the early 70s he quit the music scene after converting to Islam. this is the only Cat vinyl 'live import' I remember, and it's an AUD recording of 12 songs from a solo Chicago 1971 gig. a very cool buy for Cat Stevens and Singer-Songwriter fans. Catnip 727 in plain whiter cover, missing insert. not in Allmusic.com.

These will mainly consist of discs I am willing clear out, some after owning for Decades. this is no indication of lack of quality of the music. I have quite a bit of this material to sell, in a wide variety of genres. NOTE - shipping costs will be higher for Vinyl pieces. To ensure safety in shipping, I bought new vinyl shipping boxes, cardboard inserts & paper inner sleeves.
1 - All opened pieces will be shipped with vinyl separate from cover & inner sleeve (if printed), in a white paper Inner sleeve, and protective clear outer sleeve (as long as I have them) 2 - I will also be placing handmade corner protection pieces in the box. 3 - If you are an experienced buyer, you probably have a habit of cleaning any new record you buy. but this is a reminder, especially on the older pieces. 4 - pay attention to the condition description part of listing: that is where I will state any splits, Cover wear and defects in vinyl.
All pieces are complete, unless stated. NOTE I am a private collector selling off his music, I am NOT a dealer. I have sold via ebay in the past, and have restarted after retiring in December 2020. My feedback rating is accurate: I am an efficient and reliable seller.
