Cavendish Series 9 The Gentle Giants CAV 9 LP Jazz-Funk 1973
A copy of Number 9 in the Cavendish series of records from 1973.
A great selection of tracks including some of the well known ones such as Fools Rush in, Tuxedo Junction, I’ll be around and Moonglow. Record produced by Ray Davies, trumpeter, arranger, conductor and composer/lyricist.
Cover is in good condition for age, there is a dent at the bottom of the rear approx. 5mmx2mm. There is a pencil time added to total the duration of side 1 added by a previous owner. The front cover has some age related minor surface scratches. It is nearly 50 years old!
The cover is coming apart along one edge and would benefit from some (correct) glue to put it back together. Once done, it will be fine as there are no tears or anything to disjoint the cover.
It has a few minor scratches and a couple of larger ones. The inner sleeve, although I cannot be sure it belonged to the record originally is from abc records that went bust in 1979, so is of the period at least.
