This is an original pressing from 1973.

PERSONNEL: Kenny Dorham - trumpet; Albert Kuumba Heath - drums; Wynton Kelly - piano; Cecil Payne - baritone & alto sax; Wilbur Ware - bass.
The vinyl is fairly glossy with no significant marks. The record should play quite nicely.
The cover has no writing or stickers and is fairly clean. The upper left corner is bent a little and a 1-1/2" seam split on the top seam. The other seams are perfect. Overall, it looks good and is in very nice shape.
