Mono "Microgroove" and "New York USA on the label. "Van Gelder" in dead wax. In Blue Note inner sleeve
Vinyl VG+: Very well cared for record. Graded visually. Close to NM but there are some larger sleeve scuffs and a few dimples (should not effect playback)
Sleeve NM: In Shrink. A piece of tape with pencil marking on back cover

Mint (M)
These are absolutely perfect in every way. Played almost never and has no marks. This record looks brand new straight out of the factory.
Near Mint (NM)
Record may have tiny marks on disc that do not affect playing.
Very Good Plus (VG+)
Record may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Covers may have some stickers, sticker residue, or small amounts of writing.
Very Good (VG)
May have surface noise, and some scratches may be audible. Ring wear or shelf wear will appear on the outer jacket.
