This is Blue Note BST 84237, Cecil Taylor Unit Structures, a blue and white New York USA label, original, stereo issue with Van Gelder in the dead wax. This is from 1966, a transitional year, so while the labels say New York USA, the cover says Product Of Liberty Records. This is still the original issue. The record is in near mint condition, showing almost no signs of wear and playing  quietly throughout. The labels are excellent. The cover and original inner sleeve are excellent and intact. An excellent copy of this beautiful Blue Note with no reserve. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
